• Hello!

Lydia has 2 goals in life: take good photos and be a good person.

She works full-time as a photographer in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. She hangs out mostly with the people that frequent her couch: her husband, teenage daughter and various pets. Aside from photography, her hobbies mostly involve roller skating, rabbits, holiday decorating, subversive cross-stitch, all things 1960’s era and David Bowie.

Fun Facts:

  • If Lydia’s soul was a color it would be orange - she is bright, bold and fun.

  • Lydia was a single Mom (see: “bad ass” in the dictionary) for 7 years.

  • She collects 1960’s home decor and clothing.

  • Roller skating is life.

  • Kindness is her religion.

  • Lydia is a cat person (nod to her orange tabby, Cheese) but more importantly a bunny person (hello Toby and Charlie), despite also owning two dogs (what’s up Stella and Winston.)

  • Made of coffee, cheese and dry shampoo.

  • She HATES having dirty feet.

  • She holiday decorates like it’s her job.

  • She has owned over 150 rabbits in her lifetime.

  • She met Lou Reed at a photography conference in 2003. He had a name-tag that read: “Hello, my name is Lou Reed.”
